**When Will My Order Be Dispatched?**
I aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of payment being confirmed. Orders placed before 2pm (GMT/BST) on working days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on UK Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Dispatch may be delayed in the following instances:
- An item's availability has changed since you ordered — I'll email you to let you know and help find an alternative.
- UK Bank Holiday periods.

I'll investigate with Royal Mail and work to resolve it as quickly as possible — either by reshipping or issuing a refund where appropriate.
